About the Role

As a Student Advisor, you will connect with prospective students who have expressed interest in our programs. You will guide them through their decision-making journey by understanding their goals and aligning them with the right learning path.

This is a consultative, high-impact role that combines sales, counseling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students interested in immersive tech programs
• Understand students career goals and recommend suitable programs
• Clearly articulate the value, structure, and outcomes of our offerings
• Follow up with prospects, share program resources, and guide them through enrollment steps
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document student interactions
• Support enrollment targets and collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Deliver virtual information sessions and assist with reporting and analysis when required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience strictly into Edtech Sales
• Strong phone presence with engaging and consultative communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to quickly understand student aspirations and align them with program value
• High integrity and genuine interest in helping individuals transform their careers
• Passion for education and technology
